幼少期から野球漬けの毎日で白球を追いもとめ、練習する仲間とともにゲームを創り出すことを学ぶなかで、仲間とともに歩む素晴らしさを体験しました。
この原体験こそが、現在まで続いてている『宝』であり、会社を興して日々の業務を
すすめるなかでも、仲間とともに歩む気持ちを大切にしております。
そして、仲間が集まり、地域の暮らしを良くしたい。先入観を捨てて前に進む集団でありたいと考えております。

From a young age, my days were filled with baseball—chasing the white ball and learning to create the game alongside my teammates—and through these experiences, I came to appreciate the beauty of walking side by side with others.
This formative experience remains a “treasure” to this day, and even as I run my company and carry out my daily work, I continue to cherish the spirit of walking together with my colleagues.
We want to bring people together to improve life in our community. We aspire to be a group that moves forward by setting aside preconceptions.
これからの歩み
2026年2月に法人化を果たして、建設事業を皮切りに、沖縄本島南部に自社農場開設し先人の知恵をいただきながらのアグリ事業そこで栽培された農作物を素材とした飲食事業を展開します
合わせて、日々のストレスを感じる女性に癒しをお届けするエステサロン運営事業、祖母の代から那覇の平和通りで営んでいるアパレル事業を展開します。
更には、海外からの優秀な人材を沖縄へと招聘して、新しい仲間を迎える交流事業も
進めてまいります
In February 2026, we will incorporate as a corporation and launch our construction business. Starting with this, we will establish our own farm in southern Okinawa Island and develop an agricultural business that draws on the wisdom of our predecessors.
We will also launch a food and beverage business using crops grown on this farm as ingredients. In addition, we will operate a beauty salon to provide relaxation for women dealing with daily stress, as well as an apparel business that has been operating on Heiwa-dori in Naha since our grandmother’s generation.
Furthermore, we will promote exchange programs to invite talented individuals from overseas to Okinawa and welcome them as new members of our community.
