有機農業とは、生物や自然環境に配慮し農薬や化学肥料に頼ることなく、おいしく安全な
農作物を作る農業のことをいいます。
一般的には、農薬や化学肥料の代わりに堆肥やニワトリの糞などを使い自然な土づくりを
行い、その地に適合した野菜や果物を栽培します。
当社は、自社農場で地域の皆さまの毎日を支える食材をお届けします。
Organic farming refers to agricultural practices that prioritize the well-being of living organisms and the natural environment, producing delicious and safe crops without relying on pesticides or chemical fertilizers.
Generally, this involves using compost and chicken manure instead of pesticides and chemical fertilizers to build healthy soil naturally, and cultivating vegetables and fruits suited to the local climate and soil conditions.
At our company, we grow produce on our own farms to provide the ingredients that support the daily lives of our local community.

沖縄本島南部の自社農場で食卓に安全な野菜と果物をお届けしたいとの思いから有機栽培をしております。
その農場からは、当社飲食事業のキッチンカーで提供するお食事の素材としても
提供しています。
Driven by our desire to deliver safe vegetables and fruits to your table from our own farm in southern Okinawa, we practice organic farming.
Produce from this farm is also used as ingredients for the meals served from our food truck, which is part of our food service business.

安心な食べ物
英語では「organic」と表記され、「自然食品」などと呼ばれる、有機栽培製法で作られた素材は、農薬をまったく使えないというわけではなく、有機JAS認証などで認められた薬剤など（除虫菊剤や、銅・硫黄などによる薬剤、天敵農薬、微生物など）を使用したものを指します。
In English, ingredients produced using organic farming methods—often referred to as “organic” or “natural foods”—do not mean that no pesticides are used at all; rather, they refer to products that utilize substances approved by certifications such as the JAS Organic Certification (including pyrethrum-based insecticides, copper- and sulfur-based agents, biological control agents, and microorganisms).
